Refund and Returns Policy

Guidelines

1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal-care products, we follow a no-return policy except in the following cases:

✔ Return Accepted If:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or broken product.
  • You received the wrong product, shade, or variant.
  • The product delivered is past expiry.
  • In such cases, returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused and in original packaging.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

✔ You will receive a full refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, and you report it within 24–48 hours with photo/video proof.
  • You receive a wrong product.
  • Your order is lost in transit.

✘ Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product did not suit you (because natural products may react differently to individual skin types).

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at lakshmikaayurvedam@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Share the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video or photos showing damage/wrong item
  • Your contact details

4. Replacement Timeline

  • Once approved, your replacement will be shipped in 3–5 working days.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
  • Lipsticks, lip balms, kajal, skincare items, oils, serums, ubtans, and all opened cosmetic products.
  • Items bought during sale, offers, or with coupon codes.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
